ROOK was born from firsthand experience with the challenges of finding the right opportunity in medical and animal health sales.
ROOK started with a simple frustration: finding a great medical or animal health sales job shouldn't be this difficult.
After years working in medical diagnostics, healthcare sales, and animal health sales, ROOK's founder unexpectedly found himself back in the job market.
What he discovered was frustrating.
Major job boards had become overwhelming. The same positions appeared repeatedly. Some listings were outdated or no longer accepting applications. Legitimate opportunities could attract enormous applicant pools almost immediately.
For professionals with specialized experience, spending hours searching through thousands of unrelated positions wasn't just frustrating. It was inefficient.
There had to be a smarter way. That's why ROOK was created.
Traditional job platforms are designed to serve virtually everyone. ROOK isn't.

We also invite recruiters and employers to post opportunities directly to ROOK.

ROOK isn't designed to simply show you another enormous list of openings. ROOK uses a professional's background, sales experience, industry knowledge, product experience, territory experience, and other qualifications to identify opportunities that make sense for that individual.
